Admission Requirements
The following requirements must be submitted at the Registrar’s Office before a student is admitted to any CHED or TESDA academic program at STI.

(Note: Only selected schools are allowed to admit foreign students.)
- Form 138 (Original Copy of un-cancelled 4th year high school report card)
- Copy of high school diploma
- Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by H.S. Guidance Counselor / Principal
- Certified true copy of Birth Certificate
- Two 2?x2? colored photographs
- Four 1?x1? colored photographs
- Certificate of Transfer (Honorable Dismissal)
- Certified true copy of Grades
- Two 2?x2? colored photographs
- Certified true copy of Birth Certificate
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Dean / Administrator of the previous school
- Certificate of Transfer (Honorable Dismissal)
- Certified true copy of Grades/Transcript of record

- No record of academic deficiency status of dismissal, exclusion or expulsion in his / her last term at STI including unofficial Leave of Absence
- For those with previous academic or behavior delinquency status, interview with the Academic Head is required.
- Permit to cross enroll from the Registrar of the mother school indicating the course, units, school year, and specific school to admit the student
- Two 2?x2? colored photographs
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Guidance Counselor / Student Affairs Coordinator of the mother schools
- Any of the following visas:
- Non-Immigrant Visa
- Student Visa
- Diplomatic Visa
- Investor’s Visa
- Special Investor’s Residence Visa
- Pre- Arranged Employment or Missionary Visa
- Immigrant Visa
- Non-Immigrant Visa
- Documents required by the Philippine Government for submission to the Philippine Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA):
- Original or certified true copy of scholastic record
- Accomplished Personal History Statement (PHS) with 2? x 2? photos and right thumb print, duly signed by applicant
- Affidavit of adequate support to cover expenses incidental to studies
- Authenticated Police Clearance Certificate issued by the National Polic Authorities in the student’s country of origin
- Medical Health Certificate issued by an authorized medical practitioner in the student’s country of origin or residence, including chest x- ray results
- Notice of Acceptance from the Registrar of STI School
- For those with Secondary School Credentials:
- Scholastic credentials assessed by STI (DECS Order 26, s1994) to entrance level
- Copy of high school diploma
- Certificate of Good Moral Character issued by H.S. Guidance Counselor / Principal
- Certified true copy of Birth Certificate
- Two 2?x2? colored photographs
- For those with Tertiary School Credentials
- Certified true copy of grades evaluated by STI Headquarters (Courseware and Curriculum Department)
- Certificate of Transfer (Honorable Dismissal)
